Nitro Giveaways — Terms & Conditions

These competitions are operated by Nitro Giveaways ("the Promoter"), an online UK-based skill competition platform.

By entering any competition hosted by Nitro Giveaways, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Entrants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom.

2.3 Employees of Nitro Giveaways, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not permitted to enter.

2.4 Nitro Giveaways reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.

3.1 Entry to this competition costs £2 per ticket unless otherwise stated.

3.2 A maximum of 500 entries are available for this competition.

3.3 Maximum 10 entries per person unless otherwise specified.

3.4 Entry is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been sent by email.

4.1 All entrants must correctly answer a qualifying skill-based question before purchasing entry.

4.2 Incorrect answers will result in entry being refused.

4.3 This competition is operated as a skill-based prize competition in accordance with applicable UK law.

5.1 The competition opens immediately upon publication.

5.2 The competition will close on the date displayed on the competition page.

5.3 Nitro Giveaways reserves the right to extend the competition closing date if minimum entry requirements are not met.

6.1 A minimum of 300 paid entries must be sold for the competition to proceed as scheduled.

6.2 If the minimum entry threshold is not met, Nitro Giveaways reserves the right to:

• Extend the competition period, or
• Offer an alternative draw date

All updates will be clearly communicated on the website and social media channels.

7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

7.2 The draw will be conducted live via Nitro Giveaways' official social media platform.

7.3 The draw process will be transparent and recorded where possible.

8.1 Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at entry.

8.2 Winners must respond within 7 days of notification.

8.3 Failure to respond within this period may result in a redraw.

9.1 The advertised prize for this competition is £500 cash.

9.2 Payment will be made via bank transfer within 7 working days of winner verification.

9.3 Winners must provide valid bank account details.

Nitro Giveaways reserves the right to request:

• Valid photo identification
• Proof of age
• Proof of UK residency

Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.

11.1 By entering, winners agree that Nitro Giveaways may use their first name, general location, and winner announcement for promotional purposes.

11.2 Personal financial or private information will never be disclosed.

Nitro Giveaways accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical failures
• Payment processor issues
• Website downtime
• Delayed or failed entries caused by internet disruption

Nitro Giveaways reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any competition where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, legal requirements, or technical issues.

Nitro Giveaways reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Multiple account abuse
• Payment disputes / chargeback abuse
• Any attempt to manipulate the competition
